On the 25t/12/2023 from Queenstown to Midrand the Intercape bus was delayed about 3 hours.i was waiting intercape never lost anything I had a delays about an hour but i lost R507
Temperature control was horrible. It went from scorching heat to ice cold. Really not healthy and severely uncomfortable.
Intercape are well known as best busses but the one I used was not up to standard because we don't get a heater and It was very cold inside the bus from Pretoria to Queenstown

I was not impressed at all because the bus was cold we ask the bus driver to turn off the air conditioner and he didn't
I enjoyed nothing because we got stuck for 5hours because was no Diesil on the Bus Tank.
When we got to joburg Park station there was chaos and we got lost as we were taken out of our buses to others. The bus from park station had the door not properly closed and it was freezing. Aircon was not working the entire trip 🥺😔

Poor time management
Professional and kind staff,explaining and excusing for the bus being late(transparency and redress). Charging points were all not working(cellphones)
I thought we were going to die because of the cold, they did not switch on the heater yet we going through -degrees celcius

First the trip was scheduled for 17:05, the bus only arrived towards 20h00, and then we were kept waiting at Park Station till 01am when we eventually left Gauteng. And as if our troubles weren't enough, the bus broke down in Bloemfontein, and we had to be overloaded onto other busses! By that time it was past 03am, The time now is 10:24 and we have just left Rouxville, and still left with approximately 300 and some odd kilometers to reach Queenstown, which otherwise the trip had indicated that we will reach at 5am! Talk about customer service & care!
