I would like to report the condition of the bus I travelled on the 19/09. The seats were very dirty, sticky, and had white stains on them, which made the bus feel unhygienic.
The bus also appeared to be very old. The windows made loud noises while the bus was moving, and the fittings that look like the air conditioner vents had loose screws. They seemed as though they could fall onto passengers if they are not repaired.
I hope this bus can be inspected and properly cleaned and maintained to ensure passenger safety and comfort.

I didn't enjoy my trip with AMPWC due to the management of the drivers and luggage management, We were transported from Pretoria Station to Park station and were instructed to get off and wait for another bus to take us to Queenstown and we waited an hour and 15 minutes for the bus that was supposedly to arrive. Arriving at my final destination was another dissatisfying part of the trip my red suitcase was nowhere to be found due to the lack of luggage management the luggages weren't properly tagged to their respective owners therefore my suitcase was not able to be found the driver didn't even help with the search of my red small suitcase after not finding the suitcase, I tried to go to the offices of AMPWC in Queenstown and they were not even open for assistance
I'm Never buying a bus trip ticket from APMWC ever again and it was my first and last time with them
