As if you care, bus arrived 4 hours later and travelled 16 hours. We had to jump off when its steep because it could not climb steepy road. It was a disaster 🚮🚮🚮

Bus broke down , we had to wait for 3hrs for backup bus with no toilets (budgetliner) and furthermore, no compensation! The service is mostly poor and this is not the first time!!!

The charging ports were there as promised, the stops were sufficient to get time to stretch and restock. I do wish that there had been internet on the bus.

It was the worst experience. The toilet was smelling and the driver was very rude and we only had two stops for a break which is so not enough for a thirteen hour journey.
