The seats were clean, the bus in general was presentable. I was so comfortable that my 17hr trip felt less than that and they had chargers so I wasn't worried about my battery going flat

My journey was both fantastic and amazing. I truly appreciate the kindness and patience of the drivers, who made sure we had breaks during the trip. However, I wanted to get off at the Midrand garage, but the bus did not stop there. I understand that I booked for a destination in Pretoria, but it would have been even better if the drivers could accommodate passenger requests to stop at specific garages. Unfortunately, by the time I asked them to stop at Midrand garage, we had already passed it.

There were no charging ports in the bus which makes no sense for such a long trip. There was a screeching 5-second beep that kept coming from the bus and would be heard every 5 minutes or so. I liked that the bus was warm since it's winter which is something I was previously never offered from other bus companies.

It didn't take us to our final destination dropped us at park Station and we had to see how we got home ourself

Your service is bad😞😭 Eagle Liner didn't picked our kids at Grahams town and lied about messages being sent to us notifying us of same. Am so disappointed cause my child had to to transferred to another bus of which the condition was bad,stinking toilets

Poor treatment with the drivers ,no toilets and they refuse to stop just for others to buy food and to go to toilet ,the bus must be fixed because is a skorokoro

The bus was 3hours late, and on top of that we had to wait for 2more hours in Queenstown. Its now 13:40 and am still in a bus that was due to arrive at 9:25. So disappointed and the drivers are rude they do not care about passengers.

The driver lost my luggage at Park Station when he stepped in the “shifting of my bag” from one bus to another and further not allowing me to view weather indeed he took my bags and cricket bat or not. Currently they are nowhere to be found.

The bus was very much comfortable and I have a wonderful and safe journey. It is just that where I was sitting the charging slot was not working but I really can not complain my journey was awesome.

They arrived late at a departure point I wasn’t happy bcz we weren’t inform what was the cause of delay and the driver was rude

The trip was extreme smooth. The bus super clean and comfortable. As for the staff…top tier👌🏾

I had a fantastic trip. The bus was clean and smelling fresh. The drivers were friendly, very professional, drove cautiously on the road and got us safely to our destinations.
