I did not have a trip with interCape as i received an sms in the middle of the night saying my couch is delayed for an hour and a half, waited at the bus stop for more than 2 hours, still no bus!

The personel of Intercape needs customer service training. They are awfully rude. Not every passanger is a person that has no job or does not have a destination to go to. When I approach a person, I expect them to lesson to my question, answer it and if there is any additional questions, tend to it.

OK service. Staff Ok. Driver good and considerate (problem with bus being late was that it was very cold and windy in the absence of any shelter).

Nothing to enjoy as the bus was more than 2 hours late had to make alternate plans. Very unproffesional would never recomend their services, ever.

The experience was appalling.The 08h30 bus from Grahamstown on Sunday 2 July was 3 hours late. No messages were received to let us know. No intercity bus arrived. My mom called the office who said the bus came and left ( 3 hours later). My mom was even on whatsapp with Intercity and sent in our ticket number. My Mom was constantly in touch with the office. We had to get a shuttle service to PE ( extra expense). I missed my 2pm flight out and had to book a later flight( extra expens). It was a very bad experience. And no one at Intercity is interested. I will never recommend or use your service again..

I enjoyed nothing. I had to get alternative transport as the bus was late and I was going to miss my flight had I waited longer

it didnt even arrive, waited for hours but it did not arrive. I even arrived an hour early and left 3 hours late from the time it was supposed to arrive. very dissatisfied with the whole experience

Bad bad bad. I missed my bus this morning because I did not get a sms to say that the bus I need to get on is intercity. I then missed my interview as well that I had to go for in PE @1

Convenient and on time was enjoyed.

The Driver was very friendly. Pleasant trip. The bus was 50 minutes late. It would be nice if passengers could be notified, instead of panicking whether the bus is coming or not. I had an appointment in PE from Grahamstown & made an appropriate time management booking. I had to call customer care.

I will never use the bus again. I was at station at 5am waiting for bus to arrive at 5:45am but it came at 6:40am. I was supposed to make it for my appointment at 9:30am but it took 3 hours to get in PE and missed my appointment 🙃 because the bus dropped me at 10am . On the ticket it was supposed to arrive at 8:55am but it arrived late. Thank goodness that I had to negotiate with the people where I was going. Please improve your services. Your Staff where not apologetic instead they were justified. Never ever use this bus. Poor service
