It is not always good to plan your trip to leave and arrive at a certain time but all those plans are disturbed because of a late bus. Intercape busses have had this tendency for quite some time now.
I wish there can be a bus going to King passing by Lady brand or Maseru brigde. I am sure theres is many of us who can appreciate that

Very comfortable seats
I'm not happy that the bus didn't arrive on time,it was late and didn't even inform us on what happened
It was the worst bus experience I ever had. The bus was late and we were told to board a different bus (Eldo Coaches) then we were told there is no space and we would have to wait for another bus. Then we were put in a much poorer quality bus that was not worth the R510 I paid (Bloemfontein to King Williams Town). The bus was extremely uncomfortable and I didn't feel safe riding a bus I don't know and that was not my pick. The service from the staff was very poor and unaccommodating. SIMPLY THE WORST!!! Seven hours of my life and money I will never get back. Very disappointed in Greyhound.
