Bus Tickets from King William’s Town to Johannesburg

They had a break down in Queenstown. No one communicated with us. We stood inside for more than an hour.

The trip was late by 3 straight hours. The bus was barely functioning. Poor poor service.

The Coach is very comfortable and driven at defensive and disciplined manner. The staff is extremely friendly and maintained regularly passengers checks and counting on all the Comfort Break Stops.The Services are really above board and worth the costs. Please keep up the good work 🙏

I traveled from King Williams to johannesburg I was supposed to arrive in johannesburg at 4 am I arrived at 10 30 am that's 6 extra hours on a bus that was smelling like strong pee like a public toilet Greyhound has really does not live up to it name anymore utterly disappointed to say the least

Many drivers without order , The bus via to Van Der beylpark to drop one person , also via to Vereeniging to drop one person out of 100 people who supposed to drop in Park station first , we were the last to be dropped , 2 hours travelling Jhb while we already arrived , Please take your drivers too workshop so that they can know how to handle clients.

I liked the wey they treat us juring the trupe. They are very responsible and respectful of passengers continue

First came a no name bus with no aircon, then stopped in Qtown for an hour or 2 waiting on next bus which already had people

The bus came 30 minutes later and arrived 2 hour late at Johannesburg, very slow and noicy sounds. Dirty and cold.

The journey was great, I wish the heater was switched on as it was very cold in the bus

The bus reeked of urine from the toilet that was uncleaned. The aircon didn’t work and we were cold the whole night, on top of that, the bus was delayed by an hour and a half.

I did not enjoy their service, the bus was very cold and when we asked the drivers to switch on heater, they told us the heater is not working, toilet door was broken, So imagine getting cold from King Williams Town to Johannesburg in this winter,

I enjoyed the whole trip. The seats are super comfortable. However there was a smell from the bathroom

I am still waiting for Ilulabud even now here at Queenstown station, its a most useless bus I have ever experience ,it's a rubbish bus that doesn't care about people we sleep on a street with our infant babies 😢 I hate this bus with all my hurt

The ilula bus did not arrive and there was no communication. The trip did not happen

The Driver was awful he even left people in the garage while we told him that not everyone has come back
