Overall the experience on the bus was great. It being late 10 minutes is a very minor inconvenience. What will make me not book again is the price. 70$ for a 2 hour ride on a full bus is slightly ridiculous.

I travelled grassland- Edmonton. When i get into the bus i notice that all sears are occupied. So i waited for the driver to help me, after 15 mins, I asked the driver and told him that everything is occupied and he told me me it’s allowed to share seats. ( i didnt know about the sharing
of seats because since covid i thought they are doing some safety measures ) but the problem is passengers doesnt want to share the seats because its covid, they said its reserve, and they put bags on the seat beside them. So it took us time, to figure it out then lucky the guy on the front agree to share..

What happen today i book a ticket and it shoes on my ticket the departure is 12:15pm then the bus from 11:05 is almost leaving grassland i show my ticket to the driver if there is a bus coming by 12:15 and he said how come departure is 12:15.. if i didnt approach him on the store maybe i missed my flight today going to florida if its true that there is no 12:15 ebus coming to grass land..
