First of all the departure time was 17h30 but at Park Station we waited for 1h30min for the bus even after they got there, there was no explanation and it left to Germiston also no commination we ended leaving Johannesburg very late. The drivers were not friendly with passengers they failed to address us if they stop, the worst they did not to stop at Cedarville to drop the passengers and those people were rushing to work now they had to go to Matatiele and go back to Cedarville again I have never seen something like that. One thing I like is that the bus looked okay because it didn't stop on the road
The bus broke dowm twice for a total of 8hours. When they promised to bring us a new bus they brought a mechanic instead and we had to wait again for the repairs to be done. The bus driver told us not to bother with complaining because the bus company will not do anything about the issue. This kind of service is disgusting and disturbing. Why are these busses not maintained when they are allowed to be on the road every single day.
Very bad experience. The bus was never on time. Very stinking and too hot. Aircorns not working. Poor admin service.

The Bus had a problem with a wiper we had to wait for 2 hours for mechanic to arrive, controller was not even updating the driver about how far mechanic was and other breakdown again we waited for almost 3hours. I was going for a funeral, I got to matatiele around 12noon funeral already pass. The pain of no burying your love one. It is not nice. I dont think I will use eargle liner ever.
It was overall good just the little space on the passage was not good
How do I even write a review of Eagle Liner when we were transferred to Intercity that kept breaking down to a point that my trip to Matatiele took 23 (twenty three) hours. The Eagle Liner/Intercity managent and personnel disregard passengers & they are very arrogant.
