Bad the bus was late how can a bus company forget to pickup people that have book tickets it's very bad bad. There are no helpful contact number where we can get hold of someone to helping us.
They refused to drop us at a safe destination (bus station) as agreed before departing. Several change of bus (3 buses) before arriving at final destination.
