The bus departed more than an hour late than scheduled, we were only informed about 30 minutes before the bus arrived.
As if that was not enough, we were stuck for more than 2 hrs in Smithfield just after Bloemfontein. We were informed that another bus would come in about an hour's time to replace the other. That never happened.
To cut the long story short, we travelled by the same bus, jerking for a few kilometers until the jerking stopped. I arrived at my destination 4 hrs later.
I booked this particular bus because it's competitor was unavailable for my specific date.

The bus left us at the station. We were there 30 minutes before the departure time when we asked greyhound drivers that were there one told us he’s going to Cape Town the other one said we should wait our bus was still coming. To our panic we called the office and we were told the bus left and there’s nothing they can do
