Very disappointing! We did not stop for 8 hours +, aircon was blasting then heater on, driver disrespectful and inconsiderate. Baby on board coughing and crying and elderly complaining due to aircon being so freezing cold. Toilet started smelling strong due to lack of leg stretch breaks. Really a horrible experience

Going down to East London was not too bad with the exception of 1 hour delayed. Coming back - we were shuttled in a minibus taxi to Queenstown. they dropped us at a petrol station next to a shebeen with drunk people all over the place. we waited till 01h30 in the morning for the bus to arrive. we were meant to leave at 16h50 from East London and arrive at 05h15 in Midrand - we only got into midrand after noon. For a single mom of 2 daughters I am very unsatisfied
