I booked for bus going by 12:90pm, the bus that came was not intercape, waited in the car as it was raining heavily, when i saw that is was late by 20 minutes i went to the office they said it left i asked when it never it was intercity express and i never received any email regarding that i had to rebook once more

Trip attendants got me in a wrong Bus, I was pointed to a Bus to CAPETOWN instead. I realized that when I could not recognize the root after Tarkastad. As I write this it's 3:30 am in the morning and still in a Bus from Graaf Reniet to Komani meaning I will spend 18hrs on the road instead of 6hrs. I have missed my appointments last night and probably will miss this morning too.

Very bed service a lot of delays I won't book it ever again

It was my first time using this bus, a good decision ever! The drivers were friendly, had a heater and a fan to cool off the heat, had an inside toilet that was not smelly, clean bus. I had to depart from Mthatha at 22:55, but it arrived past 00:00 and it was freezing cold in Mthatha Ultra City.

I didn’t enjoy any of it. The ride was late by an hour and arrived late by 2 additional hours. It was the worst bus experience of my life. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else, not even my worst enemy. It felt like torture.
