The seats were clean, the bus in general was presentable. I was so comfortable that my 17hr trip felt less than that and they had chargers so I wasn't worried about my battery going flat

The bus was 3hours late, and on top of that we had to wait for 2more hours in Queenstown. Its now 13:40 and am still in a bus that was due to arrive at 9:25. So disappointed and the drivers are rude they do not care about passengers.
