Bus from King William’s Town to Cape Town: Tickets & Schedules

The bus was on time for departure and it also arrived at the stipulated time. The drivers were welcoming. Everything was on point.

Intercape bus was stuck in PE for 2 full hours, bus was dirty and the chairs were so small. Bus was late, we were suppose to arrive in Cape Town at 08h30 but arrive at 11h00

Available sit was close to the toilet, the smell got to me badly, and the wind that comes from the window was unbearable. I would suggest the toilet not to be used if cant be cleaned properly. Lastly we arrived 4 hours later than expected and I lost a days work. The only star I give is for the Drivers for their care and respect.

I was really satisfied with everything the bus was on time from King Williams Town to Cape Town the bus was clean and warm the drivers had so much respect.

Everything was good, there was water coming in need to be checked but the ride was good and very punctual

The bus was late by 50 minutes but everything else was owk besides the fact that there was no toilet in the bus.

Their service was excellent I got a call 1hr after my booking from a lady sorry didn't get her name she told me that my bus will delay but if I can make time I can catch a earlier bus and I did that

The only thing that I wasn't happy about was the bathroom looked clean, but it was stinking

It was overall a pleasant trip. The drivers were so nice. The bus was clean. I'd highly recommend 👌

Very poor customer service from the front desk staff at King Williams Town bus station, the bus delayed so it was late with 2hours but no one came to inform us we kept checking on them and they were giving us attitude saying there’s no electricity for them to track the bus we sat there no knowing the bus whereabouts or how far do we still need to wait

The bus arrived very late for departure and then broke down within two hours of the journey. We had to wait approximately two hours for the bus to be fixed. The drivers refused to stop for a bathroom break afterwards even though we told them that the on board bathroom was overflowing. I am very dissatisfied by the service, it was my first and last time using this bus service

I was dissatisfied about the fact that the bus was late,an Hour and a half late. The bus had no charging spots, they were not working

I didnt travel. I canceled this trip when I called in and was advised that it will be credited back but still that hasn't been done!!!

I enjoyed how comfortable it was traveling with the bus, but they're driving is very slow hoping the drivers will improve, also how they put the aircon with cold air at night and the early hours in the morning some of us cought flu because of that which makes they're ride not warm and comfortable.

The bus was in good condition and everything was on point , it's just that it arrived an hour later instead of the normal departure time given .

The bus was a bit late and not the bus that was mentioned I almost missed it worst part was that this information was not communicated in time. Otherwise the bus was quick and covered the lost time efficiently with comfortable seating and an overall smooth trip.

1. Bus was almost 3 hours late 2. Not the Flexi City bus I booked 3. Cockroaches in the bus 4. There were 3 extra passengers, we were asked to accomodate them by putting my 6 year old daughter on my lap, I couldn't, 5. The drivers were excellent not faulting their driving at least

I'm very disappointed the bus was 3hrs late uncomfortable seats...i wouldnt refer it and surely will never use it again

Bad experience bus broke down we had to wait while it got fixed and the standard of the bus was very poor

I enjoyed that they were at my service when I need to change dates of departure and it was quick instead of taking my bus on the 5 I took it on the 6 . I didn’t like that the bus was very late and there’s no order and the lady that was helping us doesn’t know how to communicate with people

The bus broke down and they sent another bus 6 hours later. We are still on the road.

This thing of over booked and we have to stay in the garage at night for good hours while it's cold

Busses are good but they are unpredictable with their times, the bus from king williams town arrived late by the station.

15:30 Bus only the station 18:00 , not branded if it wasn't for the person sitting next to me bus would've left us there

We had to change the bus at Queenstown after I had to put my child in my lap even though I paid for her
