Greyhound Philadelphia Columbus recent customer reviews
Very terrible
It was freezing o. The bus and the driver was very sarcastic and uncaring or sympathetic to the passengers. I now have a cold from riding in that bus with no heat.
The seats were not semi reclining as advertised so I could not rest during my overnight trip. Besides, the lady at the ticket counter who told me to weigh the bags checked my ticket and gave it back but did not tell me that they would put a baggage claim ticket to the bags. As it was my first time taking Greyhound I did not know that as well. The man loading them did not notice them as well. It is only after I reached Columbus and I could not find the baggage and I checked with the driver did I remember seeing my baggage outside the bus (no.1683) at Pittsburgh where there was a 2 hour stop. When I mentioned this to the driver he told me that usually the bags with no baggage claim ticket will be unloaded from the bus. I hope to retrieve the bag when I go to Pittsburgh bus station tomorrow if it is still there as the driver suggested.
