The staff were nice. I liked that we accommodated picking up a family who were late, even though that put us behind schedule. Glad we were given the option of getting off at Westbrook station so we had some public transport options
Cancelled bus, and the only way the change my ticket was to call on a week day, didn’t find out my bus was cancelled until the Friday before while was in the UK so had to reschedule on the Monday but buy them the bus was full. Very unimpressed with not being notified that my bus was cancelled, I only discovered this by sending an email to confirm it was running
We started on a newer bus and were then switched to an older bus for the last 9 hour leg of the trip which had no charging ports. Also, we only stopped at one destination on the whole 14 hour trip where we could eat.
Work on the strength your WiFi connection
Iam still on the ride but so far good
They have a great service only no internet .
Long trip but bus drivers very good
We had the three seats at the back of the bus next to the toilet. The seats heated up because of the engine or something. It was very hot back there!
Everything was fine except the temperature. A bit on the cold side, especially when youre trying to sleep. I recommend a thick jacket and a blanket. I only brought a small blanket in late summer but it wasnt enough. The draft from the window gave me chills.
I went all the way from Vancouver to Calgary on the same bus, it was a very long bus ride, glad to say I have done it but rather find another way. Wish there wasn't as many stops, more direct would have like it more
The wifi and plug on the bus does not work.
So long trip, but actually I find the sits no comfortable for these kinds of trips, no much conditioner Air in the bus
First bus driver yelled at an old woman for having her feet on a seat. Totally rude and unnecessary. Second bus driver yelled at people who were literally 2 minutes late to get back on the bus, after we had had a 45 minute delay at the previous stop. Just seems like the bus drivers were ready to snap at passengers while the bus was slow overall.
Greyhound is helpfull to the commuters who don’t drive from vancouver going to Calgary and Edmunton.
Hello Greyhound. Im usually not a complainer, however the Bus was 1 hour late leaving Vancouver after asking me to be at the Bus Staion an hour early to get my reserved ticket. The Driver when the Bus finally departed at 8:30a.m. , seemed in a bad mood and was not Polite, as People in the Public Service Industry should be Trained to be. This Trip had other Drivers along the route, though none of them seemed to know how to inform the passengers at Rest Stops about when to reboard. Indeed there was no "Call Out!" to Passengers as in "All Aboard!" the Bus is about to Depart. I recall excellent Greyhound Service in previous times and the words "Patience, Reliable, Courteous." Whatever happened to that Motto? This Bus we rode was packed to the brim, though it was very old and not of the caibre, comfort and style of the many State of the Art Big Buses I rode recently in Spain, Portugal and even Morocco and Mexico, with Video Monitors to watch Programs during the trip. Also, while trying to Book directly with Greyhound for a C$68 ticket Vancouver to Calgary, Busbud came on offering to Book my Ticket. The ticket with Busbud cost me C$100 +. This is not what I expectrd from Greyhound, previously my favourite Bus to travel. I only hope Greyhound will tell Busbud to refund the difference in my Ticket. I hear Greyhound is pulling out of the Canada Prairie Region, due to it being no longer profitable. Greyhound could charge 25 % more to keep in the Black, but I assume there is another reason for the Pull-Out. Oh! The Bus pulled into Calgary 2.5 hours late, though 1.5 of those hours was due to heavy Traffic congestion near Revestoke. That I can understand and accept. How will this Historical Bus Service that my Family used for more than 67 years be replaced?
The bus was very uncomfortable for an overnight trip. Greyhound needs better buses with better seats
It was a very nice trip to Calgary. It was long but not tiring.
To many stop.seats not very good.no wifi.nophone charge plug
Some bus drivers have a attitude that stinks
All persons I talked to and dealt with were more than helpful.
Customer Service behaviour could be improved more.
The seats are super uncomfortable and putting the light on and off all the time at a overnight bus is not quite nice !
First driver was amazing, the rest were eh
Best service and more respect to customers.
The driver is so hardworking and very nice. Thanks
