The bus driver from Calgary to Sicamous was excellent: courteous, professional, and likable. The bus driver who took over from him in Sicamous was very hyperactive, plugging in his cell phone while driving and looking through a clip board which I think was the list of passengers - also while driving on the windy highway by the lake. I was very happy that I was getting off the bus in Salmon Arm, as well as grateful for the first bus driver who was very safety conscious.
The drivers were not friendly and seemed stressed. I was first in-line in Calgary. When the driver got off the bus I said good morning and got no response. I have taken rider express several times and the first few times the drivers were much more personable.
My bus was late because a rider was late. He was phoned to ask if he was still traveling. I think that was great, we have all made mistakes. The driver was very professional, although he could be a bit lighter in humour, but he did a great job. I'm very satisfied
We were asked to be there early. Which everyone was. Turns out he was 30 minute late. Heard it was do traffic. We all managed to get there on time. Many weren't happy. Trip was good once we left Calgary.
The driver was fine, and the bus had plug-ins, which is nice. It seems that some of the buses have plug-ins, and some don't, which is why they don't advertise as having plug-ins.
The bus was slightly late, but not too bad. The driver was very clear about the duration of each break. It might help if he said what time he wants everyone to be back, rather than just how long the break is.
