I would probably not travel with Rider Express again. Before boarding the bus three people in our group of 9 checked that we were on the correct bus. Another passenger travelling separately to us did the same. The bus did not stop at Lake Louise. We went to the front and spoke to the driver. He was very nice and apologetic. He said he would stop at Field and turn around to take us back to Lake Louise which he did. The delay meant we missed a connecting bus to Lake Louise mountain. Had to hire someone to take us there. We were supposed to return to Calgary later that night. Accident on highway. Very late notification from Rider Express via email. And no responses to my email earlier in the day.
Way to go Greyhound Calgary! I have never had a better experience on my a public bus.
The security guard gets extra kudos for preemptively cuimmunicating rules with a couple of passengers in the boarding area who weren’t sober.
I was running late and staff at the bus Centre were not the friendliest, felt a bit patronised, although I was rushed so could have come off blunt myself. The bus staff were great. I couldn't get on the wifi, which made the journey boring
Well the bus in the morning dropped us 4km to Lake Louise leaving us to walk through a forest to get there! Then the afternoon bus was extremely late and we were waiting in the cold rain for it to arrive
