This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with public transportation. The bus arrived an hour late to pick us up and then somehow fell an additional 2 hours behind. We finally arrived 3 hours behind schedule. I am pretty sure the bus driver got lost between Frisco and Vail.

While traveling another passenger took one of my bags (containing a digital game value $99, custom sneakers value $400, knife block value $75) from the luggage compartment under the bus. Very unpleased about this.

The bathroom smelled horrible and the passengers were acting ignorant cussing and complaining about the seating and smell of the restroom. The driver threatened to get physical with the ignorant passengers after they became disrespectful threatening other passengers. I was satisfied by how the drivers took control of the situation.

I had a little difficulty finding the bus stop. It was by some bushes and the sign blended in. How about a large orange sign.

I enjoyed everything. It was my first time. The driver made me feel so comfortable, I was so nervous. My overall experience was a 10/10.
