Generally the services are good but when l went to Edmonton it was very cold in the bus.The heating system was not working and when coming from Red deer there was bus delay of 30 minutes of departure and 1hr delay in Edmonton.Reached Fort mcmurray very late.l wasnt impressed at all

The seats are way to close together and too small I had buddy's elbows jabbing into my waist the whole trip and we are both small. Kid behind me was screaming and grabbing my seat therefore pulling my hair. Guy was on his phone talking with the speaker so loud. It was the worst trip ever, I will never take that bus again.

Bus staff was good. Edmonton office staff was impolite and during the transfer there was confusion about bus departure time, and when it came time to board there was no announcement of boarding.

The driver from red deer to edmonton, was very rude to the poor women that didnt know how to turn her ringer off! She explained she didnt know how and said he didnt care, dont make me pull over! I was appolled at his responce and im sure everyone on bus was aswell!
