Bus Tickets from Port Elizabeth to Bloemfontein

The trip was safe drivers very friendly but the smell from the toilet was too much

I booked a ticket for a Mainliner Coach and the bus I got was not a mainliner it was a Budgetliner which is very uncomfortable and has no room for movement

The bus broke down a mere hour and a half from PE (pickup point). The driver then continued to tell us that a BUDGET BUS Will be picking us up.from Grahamstown. The bus however was travelling from Queenstown I then opted to return to PE and when I told the driver this he was extremely rude.

The bus left me so I wasn’t able to go on my trip because they put the wrong address on the ticket

Nothing the trip was very bad , no toilet so we had to stop next to the road to wee , the bus was 2 hours late the driver was very Rude. I will never recommend this bus and I will never travel with it again not even if it was the last bus on the road

Its was very scary the driver was in a hurry I don't know for what he was speeding plus driving that side is not. Easy because of the sharp curves overtaking the trucks. It's was not a relaxing we had older people who kept telling him to slow down

nice and clean like the aircon chairs are comfy toilets could be cleaner otherwise overall very happy

This drivers they switch on aircon to cold all even if it's raining they do that. So we ended up having flue

Intercity is honestly a nightmare, I will never use that Bus again, never. Bus was smelling sewerage coz toilet is full. imagine, also passengers can easily be robbed of their belongings there, no tags on bags, also at one stop one guy who was not even a passenger was allowed by the drivers to get inside the Bus selling stuff.. no It was a nightmare

The bus was clean, on time, bus the driver was driving in a high speed on mountain areas and it was not easy for me to relax.

Im not happy because I was not aware that I reached the destination due to darkness my ticket was inspected but I was not made aware that I was I reached the destination so service was very poor

The ride itself was comfortable as always but the roaches actually made my trip uncomfortable. They were everywhere. Please put an effort into regular fumigation.

The service was okay.. My biggest concern is that there are cocroaches in the bus... This is absolutely unacceptable

I had a good experience and the driver as well as the assistant was really very friendly. The only problem that I had, was that the bus was infected by cockroaches.

I would never recommend this bus to anyone else ever. The service was appalling and a simple trip to from Port Elizabeth to Bloem literally took more than 24hours. We had to change the bus 3 times because they all replacements broke down and we had to spend hours on the street with no updates from any of the drivers. Ive never experienced this level of disgusting service in all my years as a traveller. I regret the day i chose Villa/night/Mare as a travel partner.

Buy new coaches with ablusion facilities

Need improve on hygiene bus need to clean windwindow was disappointed
