Loved the trip and the bus was very nice. Comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly. My only disappointment was the cleanliness and the cockroaches. However, I would still use Grayhound above any other bus
Bus was comfortable and the driver was friendly had an awesome trip
I’m very disappointed, the bus was 1hour 15mins late. By the time they were in wind farm relaxing they were already late. They dropped us in Greenacres offices , and didn’t go to town. Normally the bus drops people at Greenacres and then goes to town ,but it didn’t due to that it will inconvenient them. No thoughts whatsoever for the passengers ,I’m utterly disgusted!
Safe & reliable transport
The bus was late and very hot 🥵 very disappointing
The bus was very nice, drives nice...the problem was the many people that got on at Bellville took longer than expected...
I stay in cape Town for 44yrs and traveled to PE with Intercape for all those yrs never had a bad experience was always satisfied thks for being my beacon of satisfaction may the company grow from strength to strength God bless
The budgetliner is too tiny shame, a fairly big gentleman sat next to me , my knees hurt due to lack of breathing space.
Your drivers need training and stop being like a bunch of frat boys or school kids. Chatting up girls and playing nasty tricks on people. A man selling grapes in Worcester got on the bus, allowed by the driver... Passengers bought and when the driver wanted to leave, he started driving with the man still on the bus. We asked him to stop and let the man off but he drove very far from the man's car and it was dark and he had to find his own way back.
Am not happy with the service I got from the drivers.the were very rude and allowed drunk passengers to get in the bus and some were even smoking inside.drivers didn't say anything. And the seats are very small so I was uncomfortable the whole trip
It was comfortable
Waited 5 hours for another bus to come to our rescue
I will definitely us the bus and recommend the bus to anyone else
I'm still happy with intercape
The staff member did not communicate to us once about where we are, how long our breaks are, when is it brake or when to get off at each stop. They had passed My girlfriend stop, albertinia and also places her bags in the wrong section without asking, they did not ask for her confirmation sticker either, that she owns the bags.. we had to knock plenty of times to ask the bus driver to turn around as they passed albertinia, when we knocked your bus driver ignored me and said "voetsek". When I woke up 6.30 (20 min before my bus should arrive In port elizaneth) the bus driver drove via utinhage. I had knocked again to confirm if we are still passing PE , they ignored me again. The drive itself there was no airconr turn ed on there was no air in he bus, no tv playing, NO communication as to how the trips work. Was the most u pleasant trip I've done with intercape in 9 years as I travel often. The bus drive was 7pm - 6.50 am Cape town civic to port Elizabeth 2 male drivers, black one light of completion other one dark. The light of completion had no name bage, also over weight that swore me and ignore me.
Excellent all round service!
I will use the services again
I commend this coach the only problem now is time.
good service provided
My first time experience with Citiliner was very awful, it was extremely hot and smelled very badly as soon as I got on the bus, it was very dirty, cramped up and very uncomfortable also there were lots of cockroaches everywhere. I personally would not advise anyone to use this service.
better than most
They were simply the worst I have ever experienced. The seats were way too small and no leg room. No communication from staff about arrival time. Such a disaster that these was no way I would travel back & booked a flight instead
I feel ok with the bus and his stuff.
It's the umtienth time I'm traveling with intercape and I'm starting to be a bit disappointed now, busses are always late and staff not as friendly as they use to be
Intercape staff was polite and Friendly. There was never an Apology for the Bus being late. This resulted in me not being on Time for a very important meeting. However the Bus driver was a very safe driver.
It was a pleassnt and safe trip
