With this trip, I was completetly dissastisfied. Firstly the bus was late, and it was a stabus, those small buses that are designed for small distance travell , they are selfish to make people travel for such a long distance. Because of that, I don't think I'll ever use eagle liner.

I booked the bus for my Nanny as it was the most affordable; considering the pick season. The bus itself is comfortable; and spacious. The only negative issue was the late arrival; the bus got to Queenstown after 23:00 instead of 10:05; it got to Pretoria on time though. The drivers are experienced and drive safe; there were no issues or worry of being unsafe on the road. Please improve with the times; try to keep within the scheduled time.

Firstly it arrived late,it was supposed to be at Ultra city garage at 8 it arrived at past 9 left the garage at 10 past 10,when it gets to Johannesburg park station we waited another 2 hours inside the bus because apparently the bus was owing whatever that was.
