Kak kak bus service, I don't understand the reason for making a booking when one would not get a seat imagine a trip from Queenstown to Pretoria having to carry a child on the other side the bus keeps having a break down making a trip a 24 hour
Very comfortable bus, but communication is bad. We were never informed about bus delays. Even asking people working for inter cape was useless because they kept telling us they don’t know why it’s late. Communicate with your customers when delays happen.
There was a delay in Queenstown, the bus was waiting for the police to be escorted but they did not inform us about the delay we just assumed as we saw the police vehicle
We went sent a right bus but those who were going to Pretoria were taken out of the healthy beautiful bus and give an old bus with no toilets .. And that was not cool at all
Bus was suppose to leave at 19:20, it arrived late and we stayed at Sasol garage till 21:00 without any explanation from the staff or the drivers. When we asked no one bothered to answer, they just kept on with their conversation. Also the bus had no heater we were freezing cold, asked the driver to put the heater on for us and switch off the air conditioner, he just IGNORED us. This was the worst experience with intercape everm😢
Generally I was happy with the service. I was a bit disappointed when we were asked to move to another bus when we were in Joburg only to find out that the bus was full. I suggest that in future the driver checks if there are spaces first before asking us to move around with our luggage.
I hated the whole experience. The bus was dirty and it got to Pretoria close to 10am when it was supposed to be there at 7am ish. They had so many pick up and drop-offs. I wouldn't use their services again due to this bad service.
I had the worst experience, rude drivers. They left me at the stop where I was waiting to say the service number does not correspond to theirs. 1 hour later the same bus came back to pick us up. No apologies but rude responses
It was the worst bus experience I’ve ever had. The bus didn’t arrive on time and when it did There was a situation where the bus driver didn’t know he was supposed to take passengers from Pretoria. The bus also didn’t have a wind screen and had plastic instead of a wind screen. When we arrived in joburg (late) we had to move to another bus to take us to Pretoria. There were not enough seats for us and were told to stand because we are being done a favour! Remove this bus from your online service!!
Your drivers are speeding, rude, they do not switch the heater on, bus very dirty, they are not panctual, we stood outside at the station on the cold even when the bus finally arrived, ours was still late. W
They need to improve we can't be on long distance bus with bus that doesn't have bathroom they must stop asking people to sit where they not comfortable as if we some primary kids
