I did not enjoy the trip at all. The bus was very dirty inside, floor filled with food and seats smelled terrible. The seat handle was also broken.

Modern bus, comfy seats, good price. Bus was 30 mons late and I was starting to get concerned. But the driver made up the deficit and we arrived in PE on time. Bus was very full, but no issues.

I didn't even get the bus, scheduled time for the bus arrival was 04h55 and there was no bus. At 06h20 a Intercity bus drove pass, we didn't get any correspondence that as we booked Eagle liner, we will be driving with Intercity. I'm stuck here and intercity is been sending me from pillar to post. They said they sent me and the other passenger an sms but funny enough but both of us didn't receive any sms
