Greyhound Las Vegas San Antonio recent customer reviews
honestly i was highly discouraged of continuing working with the greyhound do to the carelessness of the drivers throwing us around in our seat while driving aswell as how the staff handle the passengers concern on being late. dismissing us and having a poor communication skills. staff even left my suit case in a puddle of water after throwing it off the buss to clean the buss forcing me to unintentionally leave my wallet on the buss when trying to retrieve it and get them to a secured location not allowing me time to make sure i got all my things. not only that but a staff member when loading our luggage snatched a passengers phone out of his hand when they hand a miss understanding about what he was looking for to show the driver. when attempting to speak to the driver who dropped us off in Dallas when he first arrived to drive the buss he completely ignored me even walking away when I tried to get him to open the bathroom door for a little girl who was also boarding the buss then told us not to speak to him until he stopped a drop off even though in some cases that was hours. in el paso we arrived around 250 am for a cleaning but did not recieve notice the buss would be late until 450am. lastly any time i tried to speak with a staff at the buss station the blantly would ignore me. not only that but because of one of the passenger had a reflux condition of some kind after throwing up he drank some water and when they seen his mask was down they kicked him off the buss even though he was more then willing to wear it properly leaving him to sleep outside have to walk in the heat for blocks and still made him pay for a new buss ride which is just absolutely unacceptable. lastly once i finally arrived 4 hours late in San Antonio i kindly asked a staff member what the address was so i could order a lift and she very stoic uninterested gave it to me so quickly i didnt hear her properly and before i could even repeat it back for clarity she walked away aswell in conclusion i will not be looking forward to another experience like this again
