It was easy and convenient for me to secure a booking, the lady at the PMB station was very friendly and assisting.
The bus was very late and delayed many passengers. Although the lady managing the office was friendly and helpful no updates or clear information was given. Its not her fault as the control room should feed information. Bus was filthy and old. Seats not comfortable. I prefer intercape. This was my first time using xpress. Wasn't a good experience.

Bus was 2 hours late and when it finally arrived, found out the driver had stopped to drop some one off and left me waiting in the lounge. Tracker was off so staff didn’t even know he had come and gone. I missed my connection in Durban despite booking them nearly 2 hours apart. Shambolic.

I frequently travel. Was very dissapointed. Bus was late. Staff in pmb didn't update customers on eta or even greet us. No communication. Had to get up and ask twice and was still given wrong information on eta. Bus was filthy and seats stained. Seems no cleaning happens between schedules. Very dissapointed
The bus is very comfortable and although it was late it was still acceptable as I was aware of the accident that held it up. I was impressed with the booking system. Paperless was awesome
