Bus was 2 hours late and when it finally arrived, found out the driver had stopped to drop some one off and left me waiting in the lounge. Tracker was off so staff didn’t even know he had come and gone. I missed my connection in Durban despite booking them nearly 2 hours apart. Shambolic.
