National Express Bristol London recent customer reviews
All good. Driver got us there safely which is ideal - not friendly but luckily only saw him for 2 mins or so!
was a massive delay on the bus had to pick up people from a broken down bus on the motorway, then diverted to Heathrow Airport which caused us to miss mine and my partners event which ultimately cost us £60 which was a massive shame as the bus journey back was amazing, but this can’t fault the journey there. Will not be travelling with National Express again as very disappointed in any sort of compensation due to the whole bus journey, being distrusted massively.
The driver was excellent. It was a very busy travel day but he knew how to get out of London quickly and safely. Advise to be at coach station early on a busy day as our coach was changed and they put two coaches into one double decker.
Based on 413 reviews, the company was rated 3.9 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the cleanliness and the staff but often complained with the power outlets. Infobus ticket prices on this trip start at $10.00
According to multiple reviews, the coach to Bristol had a smelly odor coming from the toilet. However, there were also positive opinions about professional and polite customer service as well as excellent and friendly drivers.
Megabus Bristol London recent customer reviews
The bus and the driver it was okay, but the journey it took longer that it was supposed to. I've took the bus at 4,30 am and we arrived at 8,30am on London, then I was late to the university. Pls fix this.
The bus driver was very accommodating. He made his welcome speech entertaining. The ride was uneventful and we arrived safely in London on time.
I will never use megabus again. Bus didn’t turn up and took 40 minutes to get through to customer service. Was then told don’t know why bus hadn’t turned up and another would be another hour - 2 hours at least later than scheduled. Will be writing to chief executive - what kind of bonuses are senior management getting for this sort of service. I took the train and will do from now on. We’re a first world country, this sort of travel is embarrassing. Would give 0 stars but not an option
