The trip with Intercape to Midrand drom PE was horrific. The bus driver drove extremely fast on a wet road. One had to pray very hard. The toilet flooded the lower level making it difficult to walk and there were a number of kids on the bus. I will not recommend Intercape to anyone if this is the level of service they offer.

Worse experience ever. They told us the bus is cancelled on the time we suppose to depart and I don't even stay in the area I suppose to take the bus. Even to contact them it is like a mission - phoens go in voice mail constantly. It's just extremely poor, no professionalism at all when it comes to their work ethic only on me consultant lady of hope diamond was the one doing her job and making efforts the rest they don't even deserve a 1 star I don't see any reason for a 1 star here I actually give them 0 stars!!

The drivers have excellent customer service bus was in good condition but u didn't keep time the bus suppose to b in green acres by 16h00 but arrived by 16:30 u need to fix docs as traffic officers stopped us after vaal plaza toll gate for +30 minutes next time it must start from uitnhage to green acres to makhanda to save time
