These people are dishonest, late and they left me for 5h30 waiting for theme. No sms or any news from them. I went to a shelter nearby after 5h30 waiting, I called and insisted then a gentleman answered the call and told me that the bus left 20 minutes ago when I was in the shelter. After 5h30 waiting from 2h00 AM in PE to 7h30. I was outside, cold and insecured and scared for my life. I will never recommend anyone to use this service. Stay alert.

My bus was changed from the mainliner to a budgetliner and it was not communicated with me. I booked the main liner with specific reasons(bladder issues). We also had an accident on the road, the bus stopped but there was no communication from the drivers to the passengers regarding the situation. We were stationed in an area that was not well lit.

The driver left a client at the Norwich station while the poor guy was banging and running after the bus...the bus had just started his ignition when the guy approached the bus and he refused to open the door leaving the guy right there.

The bus was on time and despite making a few stops along the way, we made it to the destination before the ETA.
