Bus Tickets from Toronto to Ottawa / Tremblay Station

Amazing. The coaches are very well furnished and the seats are spacious. Hopefully they continue doing this

I didn't have wifi access during the trip even though I tried to get access numerous times.

The driver was very helpful and welcoming. The ride was smooth. However the bus was 25 minutes late to the pickup spot, which cause much anxiety among waiting passengers. I understand traffic was bad during that time in downtown Toronto, but I would really appreciate a text message about the delay and estimate pickup time.

It was good, cheap, clean, on time and comfort.

Ontario Northland has to know who they are jointly working .Busbad are scamining customers by hacking and missing leading Customers through web booking!

Hard to find bus the bus wasn’t called metro linx it was called Go bus !

It was a good trip between Toronto to Ottawa had to change buses 🚌 at Kingston than another 2 more hours to Ottawa

Reckless and rude driver. From Kingston to Ottawa. There was no access to washrooms on both rides from Toronto to Kingston and Kingston to Ottawa. The bus terminal in Kingston was closed and our only option was wait outside. People were urinating on the perimeter of the station as there was no other option. Utterly disgusted by the poor planning and lack of care.

The library was closed and it that cold weather there was no safe protected area to wait for bus to arrive. I would never choose that spot again with the terrible weather conditions and no consideration what so ever from the company. I traveled from union station before and it was a good experience. Bus delayed and within this long trip two of us could not even sit together! The only thing I liked was the bus (two levels with roof light). Since we couldn’t sit together, one of us had a bag tag stolen from us! The person sitting next to her told how cute is that and took it when she fallen sleep! It was a good token from our friends.

I had a great experience with Rider Express. The bus departed ontime. Facilities in the bus is good. It was my first trip with them. It was difficult to find the departure location. The ticket said Entrance 7, which was a huge area. I had to go around and guess by seeing the other travellers.

The bus was insanely cold the entire trip from Toronto to Ottawa. I’ve never experienced a trip with absolutely no heating. The driver has little desire to load or unload any bags. This occurred May 8th at 8:30am with Rider Express.

Bus broke down, delaying the trip 3 hours. Very little communication from the drivers and unnecessary stress

The train broke down and delayed our arrival for more than 2 hours. I had to cancel my trip and return home which was exhausting and disappointing.

What I did not love is that I arrived early and was hoping to switch to an earlier train, however the VIA Rail customer service helper was not able to because only Budsbud (third party through which I bought the ticket) is able to. However, when I tried calling the number given, I was just on hold and never reached anyone. Additionally I had paid for an option to have flexibility to modify the ticket time, however this should not be an option if I cannot actually access this service.

I was very satisfied. Every staff from boarding to disembarkation show good customer servise acumen.
