Bus was filthy and dri

Kelsey J.21 September 2019 |

To begin, not only did a bus break down, we waited 1.5hours, when the next bus leaving was shortly after. Not only were we all late, but specifically for events that were paid for, work and more. Once we arrived to Sudbury ..late, the wait wasn't over. I just was not impressed with the service, and ended up having to pay for an extra cab that cost 30$ least the staff was great.

Gold job continue

Peter M.4 April 2019 |

The driver was OK but other staff were indifferent at best whenever I asked a question. One was pretty rude and the others didn’t really care much about my routine customer inquiries.

Maria S.30 October 2018 |

Pretty good, however I was scheduled for a pickup at 3:15 and had a 2 hour layover at a location 5 minutes away from my pickup location, while my bus had a stop at the place that I was picked up, making the entire layover useless and time consuming. Outside of that, the trip was comfortable and efficient.

Very good

Jordan D.30 June 2017 |

The newer leather seats were very comfortable by bus seat standards, and seat comfort is the biggest factor in which company I decided to bus with.

The driver JT was courteous and so nice to a handicapped girl on the bus! Bravo JT
