The driver we got from Merritt to Calgary was very ruff in the corners, and was very hard on the breaks.

Was a lot better of an experience but they dropped us off at different routes then we were supposed to and didn’t announce the mall location only said going south, well I’m travelling across country with very little sleep and no food as they didn’t let us off on the bus prior, I had no clue I was going south when my stop was the west mall so I don’t understand why they just left multiple people stranded without explaining the route we needed to take or what stops were supposed to take us where and the driver was pretty rude to people near the end of the trip because we were all confused and he was not explaining the stops properly.
