The space between the seats was narrow. With my illnesses the past 2 years and my neck operation, I asked if I can sit in the front row of the bus just for a bit of better movement and standing up regularly. I had my neck brace on for protection and my blood flow socks. I knew it would not be a nice trip but there were nobody in the front seats. I was told 2 times I asked that the buss is not full.
Im sure that all the people would have understand me sitting in front, but the bus drive just said NO, the bus is not full.
I'll think twice using that bus again or to promote it. I'm in so much pain today and that just because the bus was not full.

I paid R710 x 5. for budget liner, for myself, children, niece and cousin. A horrible bus, very small and disorganized, no toilet, drive shouting in the bus and using swear words. Another drive pulled off by traffic cops for being on the phone while driving and got a ticket. No one announces the drop and refreshments and times at the stops. My first and last time using intercape again. Horrible experience, cannot allocate seats I had to seat two seats away from my children.

Not impressed with the service trip took longer than was scheduled and my trip was delayed.
Original departure was 12:30 then for whatever reason the bus departed at 18:00 so I'm not happy at all
