Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Welkom

I enjoy everything about my trip, intercape is always professional, and the hospitality is on point.

My bus got changed. I booked a ticket with intercape mainliner and got another bus that was uncomfortable and hot !

Apart from the comfort and the friendly drivers, I would really say the bus takes unnecessary long routes. From Joburg to welkom for 5h50 is really absurd. And the trip arrived 30 mins later then it was supposed to. It delayed departure from every stop.

I loved every moment. The drivers were friendly, they kept communicating with us and made us feel safe during the stormy weather.

The bus was delayed by an hour which was quite an inconvenience, but the service and journey was very satisfactory

The bus was 2 hours late and the bus air conditioning wasn’t working in this cold. It was the worst experience ever I won’t lie

They guy working at pack station who announce buses departure is very rude he works for intercity and eagle liner 😭when u ask a question he wil tell u he earns peanuts we must just listen when he speaks , mind u he speaks so fast n I am not zulu /xhoza , the ride was very gud though not clean there was a bad smell in the bus but technically side we arrived on time

The bus was on time, clean and exceeded my expectations. The drivers customer service was impeccable. We left on time and arrived on time safely. I can't complain.

I did not reach my destination as the driver disregarded me after the passenger that was scheduled for a pick up had canceled the trip.

What i liked is that the bus arrived on time. The charging port was not working. The toilet was full of dirty water its luke it was not flushing which is a health hazard. And the bus was smelling bad

The bus is comfortable. I love the charging portals on the sits...very convenient. The bus does not keep time at all. It's always late

I enjoyed everything, from the condition of the bus to the service and help from the drivers. Keep up the great service

Bus was delayed. Head office customer care wasn’t picking up calls. Next bus was to go out 4 hours later. No communication from the company. Totally unhappy.

The trip was comfortable the only issue was that we were 2 hours late as the bus departed late and we had a breakdown during our trip. But the driver was really friendly and helpful.

The staff is rude . Those men make disgusting comments . The charging ports don’t work . It’s too stuffy
