Bus Tickets from Welkom to East London

Driver was extremely rude. When asked to turn temperature down a bit in the cabin we where laughed at. Bathroom a disgrace

The driver was very helpful. He drove safely. He kept us informed. The bus was clean. The only thing that put me off was the smell of toilet on the bus.

I always us Intercape for my travelling and enjoy it but this time around I pay for two people and we were separated instead of being let to sit next to each other . Ain’t I suppose to sit next to a person I’m going with as we bought two tickets online

It was very late, they said it was the weather condition, driver number 2 wasn’t nice there were old people who complained about being wet whilst they were inside the bus and the driver said where is the umbrella?, it was cold, charging places were not working. But their driving was fine.

The bus came in late and did not report that it will delay. There were no empty chairs and the bus was cold

The bus arrived late and that affected the time for arrival at our destination. Otherwise the bus was in good condition. The drivers were polite. Surely I will use Intercity for my next trip.

The bus had a breakdown at Rouxville at 2:30am, and no help was send or recovery bus for that matter, we had to 9 hours before being assisted, the intercity express bus company doesnt care about their customers.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The bus sechedule for 21:15 at Welkom was 2 hours late what aggravated matters worse at arround 10:00pm no one cared to inform me and I called the 011 number and I was told the bus is 20 minutes away and lo and behold the bus came at 11pm more than an hour after the 20 minute promissed. On arrival the drivers did not hqve tje decency to even acknowledge their lateness.
