I took a 9:00 bus in Johannesburg going to Klerksdorp. Was supposed to be at Klerksdorp CCMA at 14:00. We were stuck in Potchefstroom from 10:45 to 13:10. I got at CCMA at 14:15, still disappointed
This bus is always delayed the whole time.l can't believe l had to wait 3hours for the bus to arrive to add to that the bus was smoking like crazy. poor service indeed
There service is good. But the staff on this spesefic bus and route was not friendly like on my previous trips. Then the bus was delayed by hour then again another half hour on this trip. To top it all then when we arrive in Jhb the bus was in an accident. We fell of our seats and other smashed in to the seats in front. Some of the other ladys cride. Today i am very disepointed in intercapes service
