I didn't enjoy the driver missing a stop we were supposed to get off at (Hibberdene) and said they will put us on a bus from Port Shepstone that I going to Jorburg and left us there. The driver he said will pick us just said he is going to the airport, assuming that initial driver did not communicate with him. We were left stranded and had to hire people to fetch us from Port Shepstone.

It was a very nice trip. Not enough toilet paper though and the bus stopped next to the highway after midrand pick up to pick up travellers, this is not acceptable, next to the highway at no stop

The experience was horrible. Intercity really needs to work on their service delivery. A 3 hour delay is just unacceptable. We had to wait for a bus that had issues to take people that were onboard. Only to find that they will not fit into the bus, after waiting for 2 hours. An unnecessary inconvenience that could have been avoided. No professionalism whatsoever.
