I enjoyed nothing. The Bus was almost 3 hours late and there was no update on any foseeable delays. I had to constantly take the initiative to find out what was happening. A little compassion and some some active communication would have spared me the tormenting wait since early morning hours.

This use to be my best option but unfortunately I don’t feel the same anymore. This is the second time getting disappointed, first drivers were harrasing me in front of everyone saying I did not pay for my kids while I did now today I had to wait for 2 hours in this cold morning weather. They should atleast tell us the truth if there are delays and exactly when to expect the bus.
