My bus was suppose to leave at 7:10. Got a message at 6am to say bus will be late by 1h. Phoned helpdesk and was advisex that the bus will be there around 8:30. We only left at 10:30. That os a whole 3 hours late. So we had to be out in the cold for nothing.
