Absolute disgrace I ordered a greyhound after doing my investigation was assured there was Wifi on the bus and reclining seats I emphasized that I would use the toilet constantly. Only to find I was put on a Citi liner on not a Greyhound. The toilet was unhygienic with no toilet paper or hand wash we are in a epidemic after all. It stank of urine disgustingly dirty. There was obviously no WiFi which was a blatant lie. I can only thank the LORD that I had a seat free next to me which enabled me to travel in slight more comfort. I am a cancer patient and is in constant pain. It was almost unbearably difficult for me. In the process of looking for some sanitizer in my handbag in the dark I dropped my reading glasses in the bus by the looks of it. Please advise if Greyhound has a lost and found that I am able to contact.
