Intercape, this is absolutely ridiculous! I was supposed to leave at 07:30 for East London, but your bus only showed up at 11:00. It’s now 15:00, and I’m still on this bus when I should have arrived at 10:00! This is beyond unacceptable!

My main complaint would be the late arrival of the bus. I know that the driver is not always able to control the road conditions, but making me wait 2 hours after midnight is unacceptable. The bus trip itself is tiring enough.
