Bus departure was on time in Matatiele (5pm), arrived earlier than expected in Midrand (4:45am). Bus was clean, charging portals were working, drivers were nice. 100% satisfied. Keep it up please!!!

I didn't enjoy at all,the bus had a problem,tire bust at u Mkhomazi. We waited for another bus for about 2 hours. Again at Pietermaritzburg we moved to another bus with heavy luggage. We arrived at 10 o'clock in Midrand instead of 6:40 am. Kindly upgrade bus 089 its very old,change seats they are very squeezed. Otherwise your other busses are on point.

Enjoyed nothing the bus doesn't charge and we spent 2 hours stuck on two different places cause that thing was over heating

The bus in question (Eagle Liner) did not even arrive, we had to take Intercity, which arrived at 18H45, and that's 3 hours and 15 minutes late.
From thereon. The Intercape bus broke down along the way. I had to organize my own transportation to my destination

I only got home at 9:30am whereas the bus was supposed to arrive at 06:00am in Midrand and today is a work day for me. The bus kept stopping on the way and no back up was arranged. This is sickening

I’m not happy at all with intercity buses. We had a breakdown just after 2hrs of leaving matatiele and we got help after 3hrs. We then had a problem with the bus right after 2hrs . I’m done
