The bus was TWO hours late. To top that, my son was put on the wrong bus and i had to drive 40 km to go fetch him.
I booked with Intercity Xpress but ended up on an Eagle liner couch ofwhich no communication was done and the bus was late
I think intercity shouldn’t allow the smoking of vape because there are kids there and that should be respected. And they must not allow drunk passengers on the bus,. Because we had one man who was drunk and vaping and he was up and down in the bus busy hitting our heads as he walks past because he had no balance
