I wasn't happy as the ticket says that the bus will arrive at 13:05 which was lies the bus was delayed and I reached my destination very late and which was bad cause i had a family emergency

The bus was an hour late. Had to be in Midrand at 4 and only got there at 5. The bus ticket said it would be there at 3pm. Additionally the seat was broken so I was lying down all the way from Potchefstroom to Midrand.
