We were driving in the night to Cape Town in a high accident zone and our bus driver who was on his phone permanently, was now looking at his cell phone screen and had one finger on the steering wheel. I was sitting in the front on the opposite side, thus had full view of him. I told him sternly to put his cellphone away, since it was illegal and he was putting the 60 passengers life in danger, he listened, but later was back on his phone, so I took photos. Two tourists thanked me for doing this, since they were on the bus for longer than me and had seen his behavior. The bus was also 3 hours and 40 minutes late, making me late. I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to be careful too. I'm still deciding whether I should take action.
