generally not bad, but really unreliable timeliness, sometimes that is due to something external
For first time travellers, information is pretty scarce. It is hard within the stations to find someone quickly to answer questions (such as "where can I find the information relative to my bus?" or "where is the boarding platform?") Also, the schedule of the different buses on screen in the Toronto downtown station is very small, and is hard to read.
The bus didn't show up at all do I waited 2 hours and had to take a cab to my first stop, but still missed my transfer so had multiple hours delay.
St. Catharines to Toronto , 8:25 bus, never arrived. Missed next connection. Had to buy entirely new ticket at a higher cost and travel several extra hours. Of six people waiting for bus,I was the only one to leave St. Catharines.
Terrible experience with Greyhound, my bus home didn't show up at all. I had to have a family member drive 2 hours to pick me up...
I find the drivers are all courteous and helpful. Nice quiet ride home.
I have traveled with Greyhound many times in Canada, and I like the service.
It was the best Greyhound bus trip that I've had
Bus driver from st.Catherines to Toronto did not know where the pick up stops were and I just made my next connection. It was too close.
First bus showed up an hour and a half late, the woman at the desk told me Greyhound is always late and I should have gone with Megabus. Won't be choosing greyhound again in future, even if it saves $50+.
bus was one hour late in St. Catharines ON last Saturday.
Need one electrical outlet on the busneed some garbage bags too
It was quite stressful when bus was over an hour late - only just made the connection.
