Bus Tickets from Edmonton to Calgary

The ride was excellent and on time, the driver did a great job. However, the bus had a strong odor that smelled like a public washroom, which made the trip unpleasant.

The bus was late picking up in Edmonton, I was going to yyc for a flight. It added a lot of stress

The washroom was disgusting. It was stinky and the flush wasn’t working. It was worse than public toilets. Other then that, the journey was pretty smooth.

Cancelled the bus and only notified folks 45 minutes later. Next bus filled up and people were left with the option to wait for 4pm, or book a different bus. Between my partner and I, we’ve had 9 trips with flixbus and 6 of those have had issues: broken down bus x2, late by over 15min x2, cancelled 1 and air conditioning broken 2x in middle of summer. I will not be booking with flixbus again

Dislikes: It was unclear when booking that we had 4 stops in Calgary. I wish I had known it was not direct. I thought I had chosen good seats but when I arrived I was in the back by the washroom. The stops took additional time for patrons and the driver to smoke. And we arrived 30 minutes late.

Roof above me was making a loud clicking noise the whole ride. Left the bus with a migraine

Loved how fast and efficient the experience was, the ride was only 2 hours and 45 minutes including a 15 minute break at Red Deer. The only complaint would be to have a sign or specific location to meet. A few other passengers as well as myself were confused on the exact location to wait for the bus. Other than that it was good.

The. driver. was very rude to me because it took me 3 minutes to gather my things and exit the bus

Wasn’t aware that you’re now making a few extra stops which makes the ride about 45 minutes longer,

No wifi and uncomfortable seats and I paid less for another bus the same place for a better experience

Washroom good. Driver take break is good so I can use it as well. Still was early.

The bus ride was great up until red deer when they switched drivers. The driver who came on was very rude. And told ever single person on the bus the could keep there bags either on there lap or on the seat beside them if it was empty but if there bag was to big it had to be put up top and there were so many people who had backpacks who kept them on the floor or on there lap so I tried to both those things and she wouldn't let me do either and came back when I was taking off my jacket and putting it in my bag she stood there and watched me and said in a loud rude tone “ put ur bag up top now so we can leave.” and wouldn't even give me time to get my water out or anything then proceed to say I wasn't allowed to get it for the rest of the trip because we can't stand while the bus is moving. I'm very upset and feel very disrespectful because she was literally walking down the bus looking under seats and I was the only one she told to put my bag up. The same size as everyone else too. And in fact I could have squished it to make it smaller because it's mostly empty. I have pictures of peoples backpacks under there seats. Even the girl beside me.

The staff were very friendly and professional, the bus was clean, quiet smooth ride

The seats were roomy however I didn’t know the seats were assigned so it would have been nice to have an option for a seat rather than being told what seat I’m assigned to. Staff were friendly and professional.

Bus was very comfy and spacious, ride was smooth. The only drawback was the prints on the windows which limited our view of the countryside

Fastest and cheapest bus from Calgary to Edmonton. No bells and whistles, just pure efficient service.

Not good the a/c not working the driver not carful about road conditions wet conditions speeding very dangerous, and how many people in side the bus safety Frist after speeding

Would not do it again. Hot & sweaty, no air and fully packed bus. The lady sitting next to me had a huge back pack and 3 coats on her lap. There were 2 people (both men, go figure) that put their bag on the seat next to them, occupying space. This should be monitored and not allowed.
