Bus Tickets from Edmonton to Calgary

Roof above me was making a loud clicking noise the whole ride. Left the bus with a migraine

The driver of that bus was very dangerous and he should not have a license. I have used your services many many times and usually they’re pretty good this time the driver was atrocious and I felt very unsafe the whole drive. He was speeding and driving erratically.

They left without us! First, they changed the time of departure, then changed the pickup spot, then left without us!

I like that there is a convenient bus to Calgary. I didn't like that the phone charger at my seat or behind me didn't work. Our trip was also over an hour late. Plus the driver detoured in Calgary to pick up his friend on a random street, even though we were so late. Driver also didn't help us retrieve our luggage, so I had to crawl into the back to get my suitcase

Bus seat, driver, snacks all were very good except that the google maps took us to the airport first and then we called the number given in the email and the lady helped us very much. I am very happy and the suggestion I would give to them is to update the google maps listing :) regards, Priyanka

Everything was perfect, thats why everytime we are choosing the canada bus service.

The ride was really smooth. Sufficient information was shared while on travel, making my travel no stress at all.

Continuing to see an error when making an account. Had something urgent arise. "The only way" to modify a booking is via an account. Terrible experience

Very nice based on how I've completed my trip without being tired. Wich is necessary to appreciate.

The drivers and staff were courteous. The coach was comfortable and the driving was excellent.

Bus was on time - good. Bus hit a deer - not driver's fault but be aware passengers with little English were alarmed when they were told the bus was not going to the airport. They were told there would be taxis to take them to the airport but then they had worries about cost. Of course other passengers stepped in to help but they really wanted Red Arrow to assure them.

The driver drove safely, clean and well sanitized inside including the comfort room.

I would not recommend travelling on holidays. Bus was packed full. They promised drinks and snacks included, I was never given or offered anything. The washroom was disgustingly dirty, worse some kid opened the door while I was using it, I was exposed to all passengers and feel very uncomfortable 😳 Bus driver was not great either (sorry)

There is proper instructions about check in bags and maximum weight to be carried- but for carry on bags no specific mention of size of bag that will fit above seats are mentioned as a first time traveler I carried a bag that the airline accepts but it found the space above the seat is very small — I suggest to give the size that will fit your racks above the seat so travelers can come prepared with money to check the bags — instead of scrambling at the last minute.

Fastest and cheapest bus from Calgary to Edmonton. No bells and whistles, just pure efficient service.

Not good the a/c not working the driver not carful about road conditions wet conditions speeding very dangerous, and how many people in side the bus safety Frist after speeding

Would not do it again. Hot & sweaty, no air and fully packed bus. The lady sitting next to me had a huge back pack and 3 coats on her lap. There were 2 people (both men, go figure) that put their bag on the seat next to them, occupying space. This should be monitored and not allowed.
