As the 1st time iLulaBus passenger.I was panicking not not made aware via sms or call to passengers that the bus is running late not even an apology from driver.Riding a bus and not a taxi is supposed to be better comfort ride but with the loud music that the driver was playing it felt like a party bus so I would suggest slow limited volume and set times that calm music should be played as we can’t be shouting at each other talking because of the loudness.I’m disappointed as I asked twice for the music to be turned down but was ignored.
Worse bus service ever. Do not use!
The bus did not come through at 05h45 to collect my daughter. We were at the collection point 05h30. At 05h50 bus driver called and then stated he was already 70km out of PE. We had to take our daughter back to EL. Require my R300 back!!

It was the worst experience ever and will never book it again. I booked for my daughter to leave at 16h00, bus arrived so late that she arrived at destination at midnight, my booked transport to pick her up could not go out that time, bus just dropped and passed and it was load shedding with a girl child midnight and 1 female security with no lights on. I left my trust with Uber driver due to intercity delay and no care how passages go home midnight especially when one did not book to arrive midnight

Half an hour outside King Williams Town the driver got a phone call to turn around because passengers were left behind.
I felt really uncomfortable on the bus I was on. It was dirty and there were drunk people on board, don’t know whether the driver noticed or not. And they had alcohol on them. They were so loud
It was okay but i think it should have toilets because even when it stops to pick up people we can't go to the loo to relieve ourselves.

We travelled to KWT in a shuttle and from there the bus was late we were just dumped there in the rain and told to go inside the office which was full of people hence we had to stand in the rain for 40 minutes.This is the worst experience ever
Had to wait 3 hours for the bus to arrive, imagine being at the bus station at 3:10 only for the bus to arrive at 6:33
Horrible, I woke up at 3h30 for a 5am bus meant to arrive in PE at 10h45 but it's now 16h44 and I'm still on the road far from PE. Intercape service was extremely poor from the shuttle drivers that picked us in EL.
