What a horrible trip I had, the bus was extremely full 4 people in a 3 seater and 3 people in a 2 seater. Others were standing on the passage. It was disgraceful and disgusting.

The traveling was good, but the waiting time was not nice since there was no communication on the delay of the bus, it will be good if there could be communication with the travelers. Every pickup site is different and in Laingsburg there are no waiting room Updates on the apps would be of great help. Not all people have transport which drop them. To sit in the cold for 2 hours is not done. The customer service was friendly and helpful.
